David Koller joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2016 as a Managing Director in the Valuation & Advisory group. He is the Practice Leader of the Machinery & Equipment practice group, specializing in the allocation of purchase price, insurance valuation, fresh start accounting, lease and collateral evaluation, litigation support, and property tax analysis.

He has extensive industry experience valuing equipment utilized in: agriculture, asphalt and concrete, automotive, banks, broadcast and communications, chemicals, energy, entertainment, food production, foundries, health care, hospitality, injection molding, manufacturing and general industrial, medical device, metalworking, pharmaceutical, plastics, restaurants, steel service, and telecommunications.

Jane C.H. Jacob, ASA (PP- Fine Art) - President of Jacob Fine Art, Inc. and Managing Partner of Art Vérité

Jane Jacob has 35 years of experience in the fine art profession, including positions at the Dallas Museum of Art, Worcester Art Museum, and Terra Museum of American Art, where she served as Deputy Director. A recognized leader in the arts, counseling clients on issues involving provenance and title dispute, misattributions, fraud, and market valuation, she also serves as an expert consultant and witness in civil and criminal cases relating to art dispute. Her area of expertise spans 18th - 21st century American and European fine art. Jacob is a published author and editor, with publications including Joan Miró: Two Early Works (2014) and Appraising Art: The Definitive Guide to Appraising the Fine and Decorative Arts. (2013). She served as a professor in the Arts and Humanities Program at New York University for 11 years, where she developed new curricula in the Appraisal Studies program and was a founder and co-organizer of the annual Art Crime and Cultural Heritage Symposium. In 2016, Jacob established Art Vérité, a multimedia production company that creates films to protect artists’ rights and the integrity of art history. Partnering with artists and experts in the fields of art and law, the film company promotes transparency that strengthens relationships where art is created, collected, protected, and marketed.

Jacob is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), served on the Personal Property Committee, chaired the Sponsor Advisory Commission for the ASA, and is a former trustee and executive committee member of The Appraisal Foundation (TAF) in Washington, DC. She holds a MA in arts administration from Columbia College, with a thesis entitled: Stolen Art: The Case for Registration (available through the Library of Congress), and BFA, with a double major in painting and photography, from the University of North Texas.

Thomas M. Munizzo, ASA (RE) - Chief Valuation Officer & ControllingPartner | Accurity Valuation

Tom is the controlling partner in Accurity Midwest, LLP a franchise of Accurity Valuation.

He is also the Chief Valuation Officer for Accurity Valuation Corporate and a Supervisory Consultant for Accurity Qualified Analytics out of Houston Texas. AQA specializes in residential appraising and mortgage back security litigation and consulting.Prior to Accurity Valuation, Thomas was a senior forensic review appraiser with IndyMac Bank and Regional Vice President and Chief Appraisal Manager for Charter One Bank.

Virginia Schnippel, ASA (BV) - Managing Director, Valuation & Business Analytics | BDO USA, LLP

Virginia is an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers with over 20 years of valuation/forensic services experience in a public accounting firm dealing with both U.S. & International matters. Her work includes domestic as well as cross-border engagements involving mergers & acquisitions, recovery & reorganization, litigation, tax and a variety of other valuation-related advisory work.Panel Includes:
