Adam Hill, ASA - Principal | Crowe

Adam Hill is an accomplished valuation professional with over 20 years of experience performing valuation analyses of tangible and intangible assets for private and public companies worldwide for various purposes, including financial reporting, transaction advisory, tax planning, and strategic and financial alternatives.

Scott Jacobson ASA - Director | RSM

Scott Jacobson has been a member of RSM’s Chicago valuation services practice since 2016 after spending more than 15 years between the valuation practice of a Big Four firm, a regional valuation firm, and a global consulting leader. He has extensive appraisal, valuation, and financial analysis experience, specializing in tangible asset valuations, specifically inventory, machinery and equipment, and fixed asset management. Scott has experience with a wide range of assignments for financial reporting, tax planning, and economic planning purposes. He has also been a key member of several consulting engagements and fixed asset management assignments. He has experience valuing assets for companies across industrial and consumer markets.

Mike McGrath, ASA - Senior Manager | E&Y

Michael McGrath is a Senior Manager within EY’s Valuation, Modeling & Economics team, specifically in the Capital Equipment valuation group.  He has been with EY for more than ten years and has performed valuations in a wide range of industries including: agriculture, major household appliance manufacturing, consumer goods, heavy duty machinery manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and healthcare.  He performs valuations, embedded software studies, and cost segregation analyses for a variety of purposes including transaction advisory, tax planning, and financial reporting.
