7-Hour USPAP Update Webinar - 2022

You must have your own 2020-2021 USPAP Book.

Requirements

This class is for individuals who have completed the full 15-hour USPAP course and only require updated information, specifically PP, GJ, and MTS professionals, and is not approved for Real Property. BV appraisers are welcome.

NOTE- If PP, GJ, and MTS appraisers did not take the 2018-2019 7-Hour Update, you are required to retake the 15-Hour class. Please check with ASA headquarters with questions on eligibility.

USPAP Certificate

Registrants must participate in the entire 7-hour live webinar in order to receive CE credit. The presentation will not be recorded or provided as an archive per accrediting body guidelines. Please allow 10 business days following the live webinar to process your USPAP certificate of completion. There is no final exam for the 7 Hour USPAP course.

Important Note: This course does not meet the Appraisal Foundation’s USPAP continuing education requirements for Real Property appraisers.
